Silver Sands Motel & Apartments

This place was very nice right on the water. I was able to take my boat and Stored across the street while I was there if you’re looking for a place to stay at Holly recommended and if you have a pit, they are pet friendly if you bring food, they have grills that you can cook out on. in the room that we had had a small kitchen. And they do have Wi-Fi so you can connect.

We stayed in #27, which is a nice double wide right down the road from the main hotel. We had access to the waterfront at the hotel. The place we stayed was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has all the utensils, pot and pans, etc that you could need. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra pillows. The washer and dryer is a great thing to have when you have kids getting in and out of the lake several times a day. There is a screened in back deck, grill, and fire pit. The pier, views and lake access are absolutely amazing. We spent most evenings watching the sunset from the pier. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Already planning our next trip!

I have been coming to White lake for the last 49 years. I had stayed at the same place every year until this year and due to a terrible experience last year, I decided to change it up. Fate would have it that a local business owner suggested Silver Sands. I'm thankful she suggested it and I am glad that I rolled with it. Best White Lake experience I've had in a very long time. I love the pleasant atmosphere. The beach has chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to drag it with you. They actually provide sheets and towels, washer and dryer, even laundry detergent. Staff are so nice and helpful and actually act like they enjoy their job. Stacy was a huge help checking in for the first time. The house is amazing! Queen beds. Plenty of room in the kitchen and the den. Very kid/family friendly. Truly a vacation. I'll be back.

We had the most amazing time here! The staff is so kind and they really go above and beyond to make this an incredible experience. Also this place is so CLEAN they really go the extra mile to take care of it! This will now be our go to vacation spot!

Silversands is the best escape from reality! We absolutely love coming here! As always service was amazing and my family had a blast!! So much fun that even they were ready to come home on check out day. If you want a place to take your kids and not have to stress so much about where they are playing or worried about what they can get into then Silversands is the best choice. Our kiddos absolutely love playing on the beach and jumping off the pier. Fun was definitely had this weekend. We absolutely love it and can't wait to come back in August! Come check them out! Really nice views, private pier and beach area, i love the porch style swings by the beach really relaxing, staff very friendly and helpful. And it's pet friendly. Definitely a great choice for a nice relaxing White Lake trip.

I desperately needed a break from work and wanted to come here in early celebration of my birthday and also for my 1 yr old son to go swimming for the first time ever. I'm really happy I came here. This is definitely a friendly family place. There's a swing set for your toddler and kids, there's a beautiful water fountain in front that is perfect for pictures, this place has It's own pier with chairs you can sit and lounge on. There are also beach chairs on the sand in front too. It's 3 minutes away from goldston beach by car or golf cart, but we only went there for the arcade and food and to look around at the gift shop. You don't have to drive to the pier to go swimming though, you can walk to the water here. The past weekend was very relaxing. It was good vibes and everyone respected the rules of no loud noises past 11pm. I sat on the pier one night, and it was so peaceful. I definitely made good memories here last weekend and plan on coming back. The owner was a super chill guy that knew a lot about the area as well as the lady behind the counter.

I stayed here years ago and was racking my brain trying to remember the name. I loved this place. The rooms are cozy and the private beach with the sand and the view was amazing. I don't remember the housekeeper's name, but he was hilarious. He also was very friendly. I have been trying to remember this place so I can visit again! I will return soon for sure. This place literally has out of the country vibes. See you soon!
